A Somatic Coaching Journey for Women and Gender-Expansive Leaders

Ready to Reclaim Their Power, Purpose, and Enoughness

You’ve carried so much for so long.

The team. The family. The cause. The vision. The legacy.

And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with your own center.

You’re exhausted by over-giving and over-functioning. You’ve outgrown the hustle, the proving, the perfectionism but you’re not quite sure what’s next.

There’s a voice inside you, quiet, but steady, that says:

“I want to feel like myself again.”
“I want to move through the world with ease, not urgency.”
“I want to live from enoughness, not depletion.”

A transformational container for midlife women and gender-expansive changemakers who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, deepen their purpose, and move with clarity and joy.

Meet Your Coach:

Piper Anderson

I’ve spent the last 15 years helping individuals and organizations heal from burnout, navigate transition, and lead with deeper integrity. My work is rooted in politicized somatics, mindfulness, internal family systems, spiritual healing, and applied theatre. I’ve supported nonprofit leaders, artists, educators, and changemakers to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their purpose.

Soma Reclaimed brings together everything I’ve learned about how lasting change begins in the body. My vision is simple: leadership that’s grounded in care, not control—and impact that flows from embodiment, not exhaustion.

Choose the Tier That Reflects Your Capacity:

Supporter Tier $3,600

For those with greater financial flexibility, your investment supports access for others.

By choosing this tier, you’re funding community access and contributing to a more sustainable, liberatory coaching model. You’ll receive everything in the standard tier plus a bonus 1:1 session as a thank-you for your contribution.

Standard Tier – $3,000

Early Bird Discount $2700 if enrolled by Sept 1st

For those who can meet their basic needs and afford to invest in personal growth without significant financial hardship.

This is the true market value of the program. You’re investing in yourself and in the collective healing that this container supports.

Community Tier $2,250

For BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and under-resourced folks who would not be able to access this work at full cost.

This tier is limited and offered by application, in the spirit of trust and mutual care. If this work is calling you and finances are a barrier, we want to support your “yes.”

Rooted in Enoughness. Designed for Access.

When you join Soma Reclaimed, you're not just investing in yourself.
You're contributing to a space where healing, embodiment, and joy are accessible to more of us.

You’ve done the work to survive.

Now it’s time to heal, soften, and rise on your own terms.

Discover if Soma Reclaimed is right for you.

  • You’re a good fit if you’re at a threshold—maybe burned out, shifting careers, grieving, or simply feeling disconnected from your joy or purpose. If you’re someone who holds space for others but rarely for yourself, and you're ready to reorient toward enoughness, this space was made for you.

  • Not at all. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to somatics or already deep in your practice, you’ll receive accessible tools, guided practices, and supportive community every step of the way.

  • It means we honor that personal healing can’t be separated from the systems we live in. We acknowledge the impacts of oppression, colonization, and generational trauma—and we practice ways of healing that center justice, liberation, and collective care.

  • Most participants spend about 2–3 hours per week between our live sessions, guided practices, journaling prompts, and integration. There’s space to go deeper if you want to—but this program is designed to support your life, not overwhelm it.

  • You’ll receive 12 live group coaching sessions, curated somatic tools, weekly writing prompts, optional peer practice groups, a resource library, and access to a private community space. You’ll also get invitations to bonus Q&As and embodiment workshops throughout the six months.

  • Every person’s journey is different, and transformation doesn’t follow a timeline. Some people experience big breakthroughs during the program, while for others, seeds are planted that continue to grow long after. Our goal is to create the conditions for lasting change.

  • Yes. This means our practices are designed to respect your nervous system, honor your pacing, and hold space for complexity. You won’t be pushed to share or perform healing. You’ll be supported to move at your own rhythm, with choice and consent at the center.

  • Each cohort is intentionally small, with no more than 12 participants, who are then divided into two group coaching circles based on shared experiences and goals. This allows us to create an intimate, connected container. You’ll have ample time for personal reflection, guided support, and the option to receive coaching during sessions.
